PREVIEW

The Wa-Bak Machine

Summary

Matthew Matisse and Toni DeGrassi had been friends since they were children. They sail and scuba dive together, but to the disappointment of Matthew, that was all. One day while diving off of the Florida coast they find a submerged plane that held a unique invention. They recovered a time machine that looked like a smart phone, in a waterproof case. The adventures accelerate through the book as Toni keeps working at the hospital. Matthew gets bored, and finds another lover in 2031. In the book he acquires a black Pomeranian named Mr. Peabody. The two of them travel back and forth as Matthew is torn between his two lovers. This is a book that will make you laugh and cry, and still go to sleep with happy thoughts.

Toni took her last drink of coffee and walked into the head. She started ringing out our clothes, and hanging them up to dry. I watched her as her towel flexed and stretched as she bent down to pick up more clothes. She had a boyfriend but he hated boats, and Toni and I had been friends since we were kids. She sailed with me any time that I needed a partner.
The rain continued pounding on the fiberglass as the wind whistled through the cables.
The boat squeaked against the fenders as we bounced back and forth off of the dock.
Toni and I just sat silently looking at each other trying to detect a sign of fear. It was like we could be brave as long as the other one was not worried. The rain wasn’t letting up and we decided to spend the night on the boat and try to go home in the morning.

I gave Toni a t-shirt to sleep in and I was good in my swim trunks. The back cabin was full of dive gear and tools so the V-berth was the only sleeping area available without doing a conversion on the galley table.
“Can I sleep with you tonight?” said Toni.
“I’ve been trying to get you to sleep with me since you were fourteen!” I said.
    “Seriously!” she said.
“I am serious!” as I laughed and went into the V-berth.

In the morning all the friendly faces and business people were back on the streets.  We pulled the anchor and sailed out of the bay with a strong wind working in our favor. We set a rough course for 45° N-NE, off the tip of Jamaica which should take us right between Cuba and Haiti.  Once again the ocean was co-operative the winds were strong and we were making great time as the Valerian pounded through the waves.  As we got closer to the southwest peninsula of Haiti we watched two fishing boats sitting idly in the water ahead of us.  We had also been watching a fishing boat that had been following us since we left Jamaica.  I had a nervous feeling about the situation and had Toni bring the 12 gauge up on the deck.  I showed her how to use it just in case.  I told her that in a worst-case scenario if she becomes trapped in the cabin the flare guns are also a convenient weapon.
“Just try to shoot away from the boat and not set our boat on fire.  But in a piracy situation just do anything you have to do to survive.” as I looked seriously into her eyes.
The two fishing boats ahead of us started maneuvering into different locations.  I watched through my binoculars and realized that they were not fishing.  I saw a man with a handgun fairly clear.  The boat behind us was too far away to see, but I could make out four or five black men standing in the boat looking toward us.  I had no doubt in my mind now that we were about to be pirated.  I tightened up the sails and increased our speed hoping that we could outdistance the third boat and possibly deal with the other two.  As we got closer, Toni was using the binoculars and told me that she made out a shotgun and a long rifle.  We sat in the cockpit staring at each other with the boat on autopilot.
“There is no way we’re going to get out of this.” I said to her.
“I know…… but let's take as many of them with us as we can!” said Toni calmly.
I was impressed that she was so brave in such a dire situation.  It kind of gave me an adrenaline boost and suddenly an idea popped into my head.
“Toni!  Help me drop the sails… NOW!” as I ran across the cockpit and started releasing halyards.  The sails fell in a disorganized manner as I kicked off the autopilot and brought the bow into the wind.  As Toni tied the mainsail to the boom I released the jib and started pulling the furling sheets as the jib rolled up.  The Valerian now set dead in the water and was turning to the East as the wind struck the hull.  Toni just kept looking at me trying to figure out what I was thinking.  I think she thought that I had lost my mind and was surrendering.
I ran below deck and brought the Wa-Bak machine up into the cockpit.  I was pushing buttons as Toni got finished and sat down beside me.  She watched what I was doing and started smiling.  She understood now!
“COME ON!!!!!   COME ON!!!!  I NEED COORDINATES!!!!!!  COME ON!!!!!!”
     “YEAH!!!!!!!....... WE HAVE A LOCATION!”
“Toni… I don't know if this is going to work, but we have nothing to lose!” as I set the doughnut size at 150 feet.  When it prompted me for location. I handed the machine to Toni and looked at the chart plotter.  I entered SAVED WAYPOINTS, and found the coordinates from the airplane crash.  With those coordinates now on the chart plotter screen, I copied them into the Wa-Bak machine.  I sat in the cockpit floor and pulled Toni down between my legs.  I wrapped my arms and legs around her, and told her to press ENTER.  Suddenly we were in sight of the Florida coast line as the waves splashed ten foot into the air all the way around the Valerian.
“I bet we are the first people that ever dropped a 34’ foot sailboat into the ocean!” as we both laughed and rocked back and forth in happiness.
“I would like to see what those pirates are doing right now!” said Toni, as she giggled and laughed at the thought.
It was a long time before we even stood up.  Neither of us could quite comprehend what we had just done.
Page 90      Matthew is with Nastasya in 2031
I stood in the window and admired the view. I could see hundreds of miles out across the ocean.
“This is beautiful!” and I turned around, “and so are you.” as she seductively lay on the bed.
I kissed her lightly on the lips and as I pushed her legs apart with my hand. I felt that she was already wet and she jumped as I gently rubbed her. I relocated my body and took my time making love to her. I brought her up several times, but made her wait until I was there with her.
“Are you on the pill?” I whispered.
“THE PILL?..... You aren’t taking your male contraceptive?” as she jerked out from under me and sat on the pillows.
“NO?” I said, “Male contraceptive? Hold on…. I have a condom in my shorts,” as I went into the other room and got it.
She watched attentively and giggled as I rolled it down @%&K
“You act like you have never seen a condom before?”
“I haven’t!”  as she pushed me onto my back and climbed on top of it.
We played catch up for the next few minutes and after teasing me like I had teased her, she kept it going and we both had a great climax in two part harmony. We lie in the bed just holding on to each other. Nastasya was deep into her thoughts.
“Was it not good for you?” as I pulled her face closer to me.
“Oh! That was fantastic! I was thinking about other things.” as she smiled.
“Like you not knowing about male contraceptives. That has been standard Government Issue since I was a child. And you didn’t have a card for Ever Bank Credits. And all of that paper money you were carrying…. and the Government House saying that you were born in 1983?”
“Nastasya! Stop!.....  I am not from your time. I have a boat in Gallows Bay in 2013. I have the ability to travel through time… with slight restrictions.”
“A time traveler? You have spent too much time in the theaters!” as she got up and put on a big flannel shirt.
I walked over to her and hugged her as she looked deeply into my eyes.
“You really are! It is the only answer.” as she sat down onto the floor. I sat down with her and we discussed the differences in her world and mine for the next few hours.
One of the most interesting things that she told me was how the greedy oil barons back in the 2020’s, had priced themselves almost out of business and most cars and trucks now ran off of propane like her car. Almost all the countries had propane reserves and prices stayed cheap. I made a note of the biggest producers and thought I would invest, in my world. I looked at my watch and the sadly looked at Nastasya.
“What?” as she smiled at me.
“It’s time for me to go.” as I stood up and sat on the bed.

The Last Twenty-Two-Feet
   by Alexander D. Banyan

David Nerezza, a Cincinnati Ohio based architect, is awarded a contract to rebuild the old Giancana Building in Walnut Hills. As he absorbed into the project he painstakingly discovers a beautiful recluse, Alison, living on the thirteenth floor of the twelve story building. She is darkly erotic and introduces David into a new world of excitement. He learns that she is the sole survivor of Sam Giancana, a deceased Chicago Gangster.

This book explores relationships on the dark side. Once David’s mind was opened up, his creativity was engaged. He falls in love with a Cincinnati Art student, Ivery Summerdale, and is torn between her world and Alison’s. Ivery and David adopt a daughter which puts a whole new twist on the story line.

This book has an embedded secondary story of the after effects on sexually abused children. You have to read very slowly to find a sane person in this book. This book is not for the Sunday meetings, or narrow minded readers. Approach with CAUTION!             Alex Banyan

The doors opened onto the roof as birds flew from their roost and startled me. There were signs that people had used the roof like a private patio, and I walked to the edge and looked down at the streets. I walked across to the other side and looked down at the river. I held on carefully and leaned out far enough to see the window with the cardboard. There was in fact about thirty feet between it, and where I stood. I found a string that was tied between a post and the elevator building. I untied it and found a piece of steel that I tied to one end. I dropped the string down to the window and then pulled it back to where I estimated the ceiling would be. I tied a knot at that point, and rolled up the string and put it in my jacket pocket. I took the elevator back to the foyer and found a tape measure in a leather pouch left by one of the carpenters.
“Twenty-two feet? Twenty-two fucking feet? Where are you?” I said aloud.
I went back to the elevator and went to the tenth floor and stopped. I pushed eleven, and timed it to a full stop. I pushed twelve, and timed it to a full stop. Each time it took about eighteen seconds. I turned my security key and hit ROOF.................... DING! Thirty-two seconds later?

The plane sat down softly on the runway in Dayton, Ohio.  We had been walking around airports all day and were tired and short tempered. We retrieved our original luggage and the additional two bags that we bought for the extras. We hooked them all together and went to the shuttle area to be transported back to our car.  While the car was here I had them detail inside and out and change the oil. It looked like a showroom car as they pulled it up to the office and handed me the keys.
We drove down I-75 with only the sound of the motor. No one reached for the radio, and no one had anything to say. As we passed Sharonville and were getting closer to home, I reached over and put my hand on Ivery’s leg. She came back to reality and put her hand on my hand.
“That was the best vacation I have ever had.” She said.
“Good........ I like to know that I am on your mind as you fraternize with all the college grads, and advertising millionaires.”
“You are Jealous!” as she smiled at me.
“Hell ya! The most beautiful girl in the world hangs out with me for two weeks and then leaves me cold as she runs away to fame and fortune.” I said without taking my eyes off of the road.
“I know...” she said quietly, “You know I love you... I have never told anyone that.” she said.
“GOOD!” and I smiled at her.

“Alison................ Alison!” as I went through the rooms.
I couldn’t find her any place. She knew that I was coming today? I went down the hallway that led to her father’s room. I opened the door slowly and reached around the corner for a light switch.
“SSSSSSShhhhhhhhhhhhh! Be very quiet! They may hear us!” she whispered.
“Who may hear us?” I asked
      “The other people.”
      “What other people? I asked.
“Daddy’s friends.” As she looked outside of the door and pulled it shut. She locked the door and led me to the old Victorian couch across from the bed. She lit a candle by the headboard and got a pair of leather restraints. She raised my hands out in front of me as I visualized a great game starting. I held my hands out to her as she tightened the buckles. She pulled the rope that was attached to it as I stood and followed. She stepped up onto a chair that had been located in the middle of the room under a big brass ring that was secured into the concrete ceiling with a big eye bolt. She ran the rope through the ring as she stepped back down and pulled the rope. I stepped onto the chair as my arms went almost to the ceiling. She tied the loose end to the massive black bed post, and pulled the chair from under me.
“AAAAAAA!! This is NOT fun! As my body spun on the rope...... Alison! Get me down.”
She got the cat of nine tails and slapped me hard with it across my back.
“QUIET...... No one can help you here!...... Just me!” as she laughed.
She opened my shirt and removed everything else. She stood the chair back up and sat in it as she sucked my cock to get me hard. I was scared, and it took her a while, but finally my whore cock gave in and stuck straight out. She found a small wooden slat like a stir stick, and made a game of spinning me and seeing if she could swat my cockas it spun past. I was dizzy and angry.
“ALISON!....... This is enough! “I yelled.
“I told you be quiet!................. They will hear you.” As she took duct tape and put it over my mouth.
“I panicked and swung the rope with my jerking body only to aggravate Alison worse. She got the candle and held it under my shrinking cock.
“I will burn you! If you are bad.” As I felt the heat singeing the hair on my balls.
I shook my head as she removed the candle.
She saw that I was having trouble breathing and pulled the duct tape as I squinted my eyes in pain.
“ALISON PLEASE!” as the heat increased.
She removed the candle and slapped my cock with the stick again.
“I told you to be quiet.......... they will hear us!”
“Alison.......... I have to pee.” I said embarrassed.
She smiled at me and put the chair under my feet. She went back to the toy drawer and got out what looked like a weight lifter’s belt and pulled it tightly around my waist. She buckled it in the back and unclipped my left hand from the restraint. She then clipped the wrist strap to one of the d-rings on the sides. Once that hand was secured, she did the same to my other hand and helped me off of the chair. She led me into the bathroom and turned on the light. I was about to explode, but I couldn’t hold my dick with the belt restraints.
“Alison!” as I looked down at my cock.
She giggled and put her body against my back. She wrapped her arms around me and held my cock aimed at the toilet. As I finally got it to work, she aimed pretty well.
“Now shake it!” as we both laughed.

This is a hard book to choose excerpts from. It goes so many different directions in its 266 pages, that I felt multiple cuts were necessary.     Alex Banyan

PREVIEW from "ALONE"

I was excited as the builder rush ran through my body again. I jumped in the bug and headed home to tell Jade the good news.

I was 10 minutes from home as a speeding black van with dark tinted windows almost ran me off of the road.

“FUCK YOU!!!!” As I extended my finger over the rag top, and kept it extended until they vanished from my mirror.

Smoke rolled across the road as I got home. Everyone was in the trees and Jesus was spraying water on the trees trying to keep the fire from spreading. I jumped from the VW and ran to Jesus.

“Where is Jade?” WHERE IS JADE!!!! As I ran toward the house.

Sol screamed at me, “JACKSON!”  as the heat knocked me backwards and I crawled from the flames.

      “JADE!!!!!!!!!!.... JADE!!!!!!!!!”

Sol and Carlos grabbed me and drug me into the trees and squirted water on my smoldering shirt.

“JACKSON! Jade was in the house. I don’t know what happened. I heard an explosion and by the time I ran over here it was completely engulfed. I have never seen anything burn so fast.”

“JADE!!!!”  as I dropped to the ground in tears.

The fire burnt for two days as we all worked to keep it from spreading. I kept looking into the flames like I expected her to walk out at any moment. I went out to the boat and went below. I could still smell Jades smell on the sheets. I cried myself to sleep. The next day I poked through the ashes and debris. I found nothing. Even the metal beams were melted and warped. I drank all day as I stared at the… house.

      “Jackson!!!...JACKSON!!!” I heard Sol’s voice.

“Wake up! As he pulled my face out of the sand.

“You have company.” And I looked at a man holding his hand out toward me. He pulled me up off of the ground.

“We need to put this to rest.” he said consolingly. “I am the minister at Sol’s Church. I am also a bulldozer operator. We need to bury this memory so you can continue your life.”

He hugged me as the tears ran down my cheeks.

I looked at the dozer that his son was getting off of his trailer and I shook my head in agreement.

As I stood against a Mahogany tree and watched, he dug a hole about the size of a box truck. He pushed the entire remains of my home into the hole and his son poured diesel fuel over the debris in the pit. He handed me a paper and lit it and walked away. I threw the flame into the pit and watched the flames remove the remaining parts of my life. It burnt overnight and he came back in the morning and pushed the sand over the ashes and re-graded the property. It looked like it was never there, as he loaded the dozer back on the trailer and left. I lay down on the fresh sand feeling Jade’s presence with the Earth.    I have never felt so alone!            Alex Banyan
